which 24'' led to buy

i want to buy either Dell ST2420L or Samsung S23A350H. Suggest me which one should i buy. I have only three days left to buy .

I liked the built for DELL ST2420L. Really good strong looking. I think it performs decently also.
Go and check this on DELL store generally bundled with Alienware System. The only thing is the panel type TN. Viewing angle can be an issue. I am also looking for some IPS display from DELL at this price range. IPS display has good color reperesentation.
