Im trying to change my password and i get this on dataone when i access my account...........Any ideas guys
Even if i press change password i just get a blank screen on the right...........bsnl guys could not understand what i was trying to describe to them. I wish there was a forum where you could chat with the bsnl engineers who really run the show and not some part timers...........

Now a days,from October's Last week BSNL service going down....in many places
In my place(Kolkata)....Today...BSNL portal page simply refuse to load.

On your case i can only say,try with a different browser like IE/Opera/FF.

did you try it on other browsers.

i'm not having this problem, i'm using Opera 9.
