What is the opinion about buying flash sale phones from eBay as sealed pieces?

I do not have the patience to sit for flash sales. But unfortunately the only models I am interested in are flash only such as K6 Power from Lenovo.

Ebay has many listings for these models at a premium as sealed packages.

Is it safe to buy them? Anyone here who has bought such a piece?
