What does this sound from Desktop CPU mean?

The above link has the sound file coming from the desktop recorded using a voice recorder.
It appears when I turn on the computer and goes off after 5 to 10 minutes
From which part inside the CPU is the sound coming? Is this normal or does it indicate
damage or something needs replacement?

Seems like some wire is scrapping against some fan, check cpu fan touching the cpu power connector wire or fan wire.

Its probably not normal, check the CPU therms and open you case and check if a wire is scrapping against the cpu fan (like whitestar_999 suggested) or if any other anomaly is visible right away.

Your CPU fan is chopping something. maybe that's the fan connecting wire. Is your pc turning on? Also provide the pic of cabinet if possible.

CPU fan or PSU fan? I've experienced this on fans of cheap PSUs.

If it's the CPU fan then perhaps a replacement is in order.
