i don't care about that as i am walking for around 8kms daily and if still some cholesterol is there, then it's OK... :lol:

well if you do a regular workout, then its perfectly fine

8kms :eeksign: whoa man. I understand everything now. My stamina is all time low. The other day I walked from Forum to Koramangala Police Station (around ~2km). Needed one hour to get back to normal :-D
