Water purifier/filter suggestion

I am considering of getting a water purifier. Budget is 10k.

I just want to have a say of people before I decide to get one. Also continued water supply to the water purifier is a NO for me.

well my sister recently got one for Rs.2000 only . I think the name is pure nova or something. The good think about it was it was non-electric, had a feature where it would automatically stopped supplying water , if the cleaning candle got 'finished' .

Well for the sake of pure water i always use chlorification process which are quite good method for germs killing.
Once i use water purification system at home but its too costly .
