Want to Upgrade my rig , Budget 22K

if you dont have a gpu then go with the i5 based config.

i think i should stick with i5 , i will buy graphics card later so Antec vp 450p psu will be fine to buy or i should consider better PSU

if you want to go highend cards like 7950 / 660ti etc. then you should get the seasonic s12 520 ~4.2K. for cards below 660 you are fine with that PSU(vp 450) with Intel config.

+1 for this. As i5 has turbo boost, a Z75 chipset based motherboard will allow partial overclocking of the cpu while B75 board will ont.

You will notice in due time that Adobe Photoshop CS 6 works better with a Dedicated GPU like the GTX650 with updated drivers. My personal opinion.

I would recommend something less then this

Quadro just for Photoshop is a bit too much,IMO. But if he is a Pro he can look in that direction.

A GTX650 for Rs 7K is a good option.

I guess HD 7770 is the best card here as both Photoshop and Premiere are adding GPU acceleration with OpenCL.
