Want GTX 680,but which one?

I want to buy a gtx 680 as soon as possible as I have a lot of free time with me at the moment and want to waste it on gaming.
The brands that are available are Zotac ,asus ,msi,palit all reference.

Prices are 33k,39k msi not known,palit not known(again all are reference).

Also how much should I wait for the custom version to appear although they would probably cost me 3k-4k$ more and will arrive 15-20 days later.

Also Zotac is the most easily available brand here.I might be able to shave off 21k-2k on it's But then again it's Zotac,so caution required.

Zotac gives 5yr warrnty ( If register within 30 days after purchase ) . MSi 3 yrs warrnty . W8 for 2-3 mnths for 680 with custom cooler . After some time OCed editions with custom cooler also available in market . Thn decide which one to buy ? Till thn relax .

I recomend Zotac GTX680 /extreme n MSi GTX680 lightning . (Not release yet) .
