Guys:-D
Following is list of my answer for questionaire provided in Digit Forum Site:-

1) Budget :- Strictly Under Rs 9000
2)Display Type n Size :- TFT n 3"
3)Form Factor :- TouchScreen
4)Prefferred Choice of Brand :- First is Samsung n Second is Nokia
5)Prefferred Input Method :- Touch only
6)What Camera Option you want:- Since I already have a expensive Digital Camera so I don't care about how Mega Pixel it should be in this mobile. But for option take 3 MP.
7)Prefferred Operating System :- Andrioid
8)Prefferred Connectivity :- 3G,WIFI,GPS,Geo-Tagging(I m sorry that I don't understand that what is GPRS n Edge?)
9)Prefferred Applications:- Document viewer,E-mail,Facebook,Chat,n mini games(not powerful coz I already have powerful PC with powerful Graphics Card for powerful games). So I guess that I will like games like Angry Birds.
10)Primary use of headset:- Since I m hearing handicap,So I will never use head-set. Although since I wear hearing aid so I can hear n talk on any mobile phone directly.
11)Any Specific Mobile Phones in Consideration:- Samsung Galaxy Y Duos S6102 (FlipKart.com) n I will prefer dual sim mobiles only. But u can advice me any other mobile phones plz.
12)Any other info that u want to share:- I m not crazy for games on PC or Mobile phone. But for little time pass I will play small games.3G is very important for me since I use Yahoo n Facebook a lot.And Battery should be good(at least not bad)
Thanks Digit Experts Guys for helping me.Again Thanks in Advance!

If you want a dual sim phone then obviously Galaxy Y duos is the only option but otherwise Explorer is the best option and it costs 8k

A dual sim android phone will also not offer you a good battery back up I think as already android sucks a lot of battery and now dual sim so I suggest you to get a single sim android only.

But Samsung batteries are amazing efficient and offer lot better backup. Though this can be cause of the low resolution screen but most of my friends have Android mobiles from Samsung and battery backup is better than my Optimus One.

flipkart is always overpriced. 8GB memory card doesn't cost much. So you should be able to find.

^^^Strange! I'v used Optimus One when some of my friends were using the Ace. My O1 would trounce them when it came to battery back up anytime!

@clerkman1612, consider the Optimus Net dual. But like Aroraanant, I wouldn't be confident of a dual SIM android; in which case the single SIM variant would be your best bet.

cause Ace has smaller battery + bigger screen and resolution was same as O1. Also a higher clocked processor mean more voltage = bad battery. Though Fit offers excellent battery.
