Vob to Xvid Which Ratio To convert so that the video dont get Bad.

Please help me on this :-
The video i have to convert.
Video : 14.01 MB, 2137 Kbps, 25.0 fps, 352*576 (16:9), MPG2 = MPEG 2 (SVCD/DVD),
Audio : 1.67 MB, 256 Kbps, 48000 Hz, 2 channels, 0x51 = Mpeg-1 audio Layer 2 [0xc0],

Tell me best setting so that i can have great quality with Xvid codec.

Ofcourse i have recorded full DVD not just 1 min clip.
I want to know best ratio of video . Please see 352*576 Xvid/Divx files do play properly on TV or Computer so i have to convert the video to new size

i am getting this error for dvd shrink
i tried 3 dvds all gets this error

1-Wnat to convert vob to xvid i recommend that you have to use Autogk For
this purpose....
No need of lookin on ratio,width,height.....the software do all this
things itself very finely.
This tool is the best in the business...


2-if you are getting th errror with dvd structure...you may need to rebuild the
DVD .....may be with the help or Nero recode.....
