Video is embedded in pages..how to find it's exact address!!

Hi

For example in this page:
*theofficefree.com/S03E01.html

a video is embedded in the page!!
Now how can I find it's exact address
like *abc/def/lol/hehe/rofl/video.mpg
or something like this!!
So that I can feed that into my Download Manager!
I tried looking in the source code but it went over my head!!

You cant find it via source code
You can extract the address by using DownloadHelper Firefox Plugin
It works nearly every time .. just click copy url in it and there you go
But you may require it to download at that instant coz many times the links are dynamic and you cant just queue them up
