URGENT: Best projector for office purpose under 40k

I URGENTLY needed a projector for office purposes like presentations, some movie clips, etc. Need it to be under 40K.

My Dear Friend,
well, on last week, in an IT SHOW held in kerala, have seen and experienced one Projector, made by SAMSUNG. they demonstrated, that is very nice, the picture quality is superb. we can connect both, computers and the Antenna/AV.
it costs around 35k + Local Tax.
