upgrading to gingerboard

i have samung galaxy pop but it has "android froyo 2.2" os but i want to upgrade to "gingerboard" os .
IS my device support it ?
and also anyway to install in offline ?

just download Samsung Kies and check for a update. I feel you cannot install it offline. Only Samsung Kies can do it if official update is out. Else you might need to Jailbreak i meant root.

official update is available through kies or try custom rom through odin.
