TV tuner needed...PLZ suggest

Hello friends,
I want to buy a new TV tuner card to record LIVE tv.
My budget is 5k.
I can check out any issue of digit also for this.
but problem is i dont know in which issue i cud find one.
My laptop is very OLD.
So i wud Prefer going vid a USB TV Tuner.

PLZ NOTE THAT RECORDING SHUD BE SMOOTH n GOOD.
If anyone has 1 plz do let me kno how is it working..
Also tell me what features are available in them..Like Additional...such as Remote or anything...

i will suggest you pinnacle Tv center
its costly then normal tv tuner cards
but best for recording shows.

and if its out of your budget
you can get intex for around 1200bucks
