TV tunar card is this card good?

Any idea about the manufacturer of the card? Intex, Frontech, Techcom are usually sold in that price range. If you just need it for viewing tv and dont expect much performance/ capture output you can go with them. If you can manage another few hundred bucks you can get better cards from Pixelview, Compro and Pinnacle. tv-tuners are a one time investment so getting a better one once and for all makes sense

buy card that have hardware encoder, it will give better picture quality, lesser frame drop. hardware encoder will show huge difference in picture quatity when your record TV program on harddisk. all cheap tv card go for software encoding which give encoding task to processor.
