And how can I use it to download files from rapidshare?

Giving users the link for cracked or full softwares IS illegal but not talking about what is Torrents.

Torrent is a technology for sharing files... Newest Avatar of P2P.... and it is in no way related to rapidshare...
you need a client like utorrent to download torrents...

torrent talks is no way illegal, but sharing info of illagal stuffs on torrent or sharing illegal links is prohibited.
after all u can download linux distros also thru torrents
