T mobile HTC OneS Ebay

I want to buy HTC OneS, but indian version got s3 processor and lower GPU. I saw some seller (with good 99.9-100% feedback) selling T mobile HTC 1S with s4 processor in ebay. They say it fully unlocked.Is it safe to buy it from ebay?will T mobile ver work on indian carriers? please help

It is not worth considering that you won't get any warranty here in India, but if you are getting it for around 18-20k then you can think about it.
