Suggestion required for the upgrade

Hi guys...Just in the process to upgrade my existing system...Please suggest if the config is good. I do not need it for gaming. Seldom do i play any game...Most of my work is related to web surfing, watching movies, office applications, etc....My budget is around 15K-20K.

Rates as per Rk Infosys, Lamington Road.

1. Intel Pentium 7th Gen. G4560 - NA - Expected price - Rs. 4700
2. Gigabyte TA B250M D3H - Rs. 7200 or Asus B250M Plus Rs. 7500
3. Gskill Ripjaws V 1*8GB 2400 - NA or Corsair Vengeance 1*8gb 2400 - Rs. 4350
4. Antec SMPS VP550P - Rs. 3650 or VP 450P - NA

I am sure I can arrange the items not available with him.
Please suggest if the config is good enough

For the mentioned usage it is more than enough.However I doubt about availability of 4560 soon as it is selling really well & whatever stock comes,get sold pretty fast.Also it is giving competition to intel's own core i3 7th gen so intel might also not be so enthusiastic about fast delivery of shipments of 4560. You can go for a ssd though,even if a cheap one,as it will give a real noticeable boost to system performance.
