Suggest webcam around 1k

Need to buy a webcam for video-conferencing... budget 1k. I personally like the Quickcam Connect from Logitech. Can you come up with a better one?

Do you mean the Logitech Quickcam Family??? It is sw interpolated to 1.3 i think... sensor is normal CMOS 640. Can you clarify?
