hi guys ,planning for an upgrade sometime soon ,need your help on this config

I'm planning on a

C2D E6600
RAM : 2 x 1 GB @667 Mhz ( Probably Kingston )

I'll be using this as an entertainment rig (= games,movies... ) and have no intention of setting up a SLI

I'm in a bit of a confusion about the mobo which i should use .

i'm looking for a board which would fully utilize my E6600.

i have these options:plz feel free to add if i missed anything

1. Asus P5B DLX
2. P5N32-E SLI
3. P5N-E SLI
4. GA 965P DS3P

P5N32-E SLI is the best of the them all and costlier than all, hard to find in India, next comes, P5N-E SLI, and next P5B DLX, this one is widelly available... :D

whats you budget ??

@choto:
my budget is around 10K .

@pathiks
yes, plan to get a DX10 gfx card in a few months time.

one concern i have is whether my ram would become a bottleneck while OC'ing on the 965 based P5B Deluxe Vs the 650 & 680 chipset where asynchronous memory overclocking is possible ?
