Suggest a graphic card for a new pc

I am taking a new pc Core 2 with 2Gb ddr2 ram 160 hard disk space and need a good graphic card in the range of 10- 15k

best card for 1280x1024, can run any game in future too at full, but exceeding 1280x1024 may give low framerates
