sound not coming in dvd movies

i have some dvd format movies in .vob format....the problem is that when i play them in wmp or cyberlink power dvd ..the movie plays but sound doesnt come


but movies r workin fine(with sound) with VLC player

i want to play them in wmp or powwer dvd

pls help

Have u tried changing the sound options in PDVD? Install the lest k-lite mega codec pack. It ll solve the problem

I don't think it due to lack of codec. PowerDVD has codec to perform the DVD functions independently. Check the sound settings in PowerDVD.

yaa..........i agree with Kiran.....just check the sound setting in powerdvd...

i had the same problem ,,just changed the DVD -audio sonfig in PDVD 7 and WMP11 and then sound just came...
