It does not have Manufacturer warranty, but the phone has no problems and no scratches. It is rooted using TowelRoot.

Will buy it if you sell it at 8000/-.because it does not have manufacture warranty.New Xperia SP now costs at the same price as.It now costs 14-14.5 K.I'm getting a 8 months old Xperia SP with manufacture warranty @ 10K And yours is 4 months old and rooted.

Is it does have any custom rom installed in it.

Sorry for the late reply. Please check your PM. There is no custom ROM installed. It was rooted via TowelRoot (it is just an app by Geohot), primarily for AdAway and Titanium Backup to work.
