Which is the best software to make image slidshow?
I have Amara Flash Photo Animation Software 1.0 but i want something better than this.. the output can be flash or ppt..

The best one available is "Proshow Gold" from photodex corporation. It has a whole lot of features like zooming, panning, and many added features. It can also convert to flash, though powerpoint format isn't available. :)

^^ cannot understand why are u ignoring powerpoint.

if u want to make slideshow then the best is powerpoint.

^^ I was pointing ppt to exe :lol: Also slides made with ppt 2007 is not backward compatible :(, So best option is exe or flash. But I agree that ppt is the best.:)

PPT is the best that there is out there.

However, there is one thing that i really wish it could do. If u use non-MS/ non-standard fonts, these won't show up, unless u run ur file from the same system on which u hav created the file, or convert it into avi.

Or is it, that i am missing something ????

^^ depends the best way to avoid that is to make images of the text and place it else yes ur right if u are using ppts and use a font that is not available in the system it will use some other default font most probably that times roman
