Silly Pendrive Question.

Im buying a Pendrive after a long while..

So there is this Pendrive Ive found on snapdeal

STRONTIUM Jet 16GB Usb 3.0

But the question is that .. Will this USB 3.0 Pendrive wil it Work on a Normal Computer which mostly comes with USb 2.0.. In the Pendrive Specifications it says Compatible with 2.0 , but sill im asking the experts

and I think speed for this pendrive would be good for USB 2.0 ..

OR
I should Get another USB 2.0 Pendrive.

^^get the usb3.0 pen drive might be useful for u in future...and don't worry it will work on usb2.0

I was also thinking about this one which costs only 535rs

Reviews says it has only 14.4 gig of usable space and specifications says its USB 1.1

And the STRONTIUM JET 3.0 Has 14.9 gig of usable space with great red-write speed.

So I think it is my queries are clear, ill wait till tonight.. till then if you guys have more suggestion , please post them .

Get jet if you can. Don't trust any performance measurement other than 3rd party benchmarks. And why do you always type in bold?

got the jet just today. pretty solid unit.
it gets 16-23MBps write speed on usb 2.0 ports
it gets 27-30MBps write speed on usb 3.0 ports
it gets 35MBps read speed in usb 3.0 ports. (pretty bad. my old transcend 8gb one gives me solid 40MBps read speed on usb3.0 port. but write speed is only 5.8MBps
I did no test the read speed on usb 2.0 ports.
