Showing Error While Logging...PLZ. HELP !!

when i log into *selfcare.ndc.bsnl.co.in/irj/portal
it shows error saying :
The Requested Resource does not exists . Go to main page of this application!

maybe a technical problem but just to be sure use IE6/7/8(use compatibility mode for IE9,don't know about IE10).

both links ( 1st post and post # 4 ) are working fine - checked using IE10 and Chromium.
