Only the SoC is same doesn't means the phones have same specs.
ZR was available for 17k for very long time. Don't know why they've bumped the prices up.

(Though lemme mention stock android fluidity and ease ki baat hi Alag hai trust me it sets a new benchmark)

Moto X has amoled screen, 2 GB RAM, 16 GB internal, 10mp camera, 2mp front cam and will get Lollipop update. so how does it has the same specs as xperia SP?

See dude specs never matter.
Sony ZR and Z use same unoptimized SOC's and there's overheating problem.
Whereas Moto is very heavily optimised.
Also Moto X Interface is much better Sony's.
Bonus is the Sensor and Moto Voice.
Sony has bad speakers because of waterproofing certificate.

even if its 1 in 10 or something,its still a concern just like iphone 6 bend issue

There is a reason I have become fan of moto and trust me on this it is really hard for any company to gain my fanship
(Btw my good friend has xperia SP, I have tried it too ,but my friend on using my phone found it much more easy to use and snappier,though now he has an iPhone 5
)

Moto X and not Xperia ZR or SP suffers from screen cracking problem. Xperia Z1, Z2 and Z3 suffer from self cracking screen. But Xperia ZR and SP doesn't have self cracking problem. Moto X's screen doesn't self crack but still the screen is very delicate and cracks very easily.
