Samsung droid <15k

Hi, I am planning to buy my first android phone and my budget is 15k max. I have coupons worth 1k from a store which sells only samsung handsets. Considering this, please suggest the best Samsung droid to buy below 15k.

My key requirements are:
1. Good camera (5MP + flash + AF)
2. rugged design which can stand some rough usage
3. Heavy games/apps will not be loaded. So can compromise on config/specs

I am considering these phones:
1. Samsung Ace plus:
Pros: new phone with good config & specs
Cons: No gorilla glass - may not stand rough usage; slightly overpriced

2. Samsung Ace:
Pros: Gorilla glass, 5MP cam, available cheap right now with Ace plus being available
Cons: old phone, slightly low on specs, bad video

3. Moto Defy+
Pros: ticks all the boxes - good cam, good specs
Cons: will not be able to use my 1k samsung coupon - so is out of budget

Am I missing any other phones that I can consider?

Also, is it worth waiting for a few more weeks? (I heard there could be a price reduction around the corner - is this reliable info?)

mobiles to look out for:
1. Motorola Defy+ @ 14k
2. Sony Ericsson Xperia Neo V @ 16.5k
3. no Samsung in this range.

can you pinpoint just one feature/spec of this mobile that can be said to be "good".

Also check out live with walk man.
Samsung galaxy ace is not good.Dont know if it will even get ICS update

^^ Galaxy S, SL, S Plus (not officially announced) won't get ICS. you think Ace have even 1% chance?

Among non-samsung would prefer Defy+ because of better build quality..

Is it worth waiting for 2 months? are phone prices set to go down / will samsung release better phones over this time?

As already suggest by Sam, there are no good phones from Samsung in that range.
Go for Neo V if you can extend your budget a lil bit.
Or can look out for Live With Walkman for ~13k
