[Query] RMA process for ASRock motherboards in India

I have an ASRock Z87 Extreme 4 motherboard aged 1.5 years, which is not working properly. Random reboots, BIOS is up to date.It is under warranty and i would like to RMA it. I live in Pune.
I would like to know the process for RMA in Pune (contact info). How much time will it take to receive a replacement?
Do they repair and give the motherboard or replace with a brand new or a refurbished one?
If there are any additional repair costs how much will it be in general?

Those who have had any RMA experience with ASRock in India please share your views.
