Guys, suggest me a good long(3 metres+) RJ45 cord for TP Link-W8968+Lenovo Y500.

All lan cables are rated at specific CAT ratings, as long as it's cat5e, or above, your lan port will work at maximum efficiency..
Quality of cable and rj45 jack depends on manufacturer to manufacturer.. but spending more than Rs 200 on a 3 metre cable is just a :facepalm:
Personally, i use cables based on requirement, a local electrician makes them for me using a crimper based on as long as i need

unless you are running a server & have the equipment to fully utilize gigabit internet speeds, you will have absolutely no difference
If you are gonna needs lots of cables, getting a crimper will make sense, you can make cables on your own..
I actually have one lying around, it's quite cheap..
