resuming ftp downloads

well i use ftp servers for downloading many hting but the pro is that the client i use is Ace ftp it gives decent speeds but i dont think it has got resuming option well are there any clients which give resuming option in file downloads
please help me out

Use FlashGet. It will allow you to pause/resume downloads.
