Require urgent help on high cpu utilization on idle

Hi
The computer was running fine till yesterday but today when I turned it on I saw the start up was very sluggish and it took the computer 4 minutes to start. It even gave a black screen to me before showing the desktop and it was shown for 2 minutes. Then I see the CPU utilization is 51%+ for no rhyme or reason.
Seeing my configuration, this doesnt make sense:

3.0 GHZ P4
80GB HDD
1.5GB DDR Ram

Windows XP SP2

Most likely a virii/infections ... do a scan, if nothing shows up, post a HJT log here...

Yep it may be virus/spyware.....
Are u running any anti virus other than NOD32??

do post another Screeenshot after u turn on the option "Show Process from all user"...
