Question regarding RAM for RYZEN 3 2200G

For the AMD RYZEN 3 2200G is it better to buy 2x 4GB DDR4 2400MHz sticks or 1x 8GB DDR4 3000MHz stick?

Usually, the question would 2 x 4GB or 1 x8GB, it's little different.

2 x 2400mhz is better than 1 x 3000mhz, esp. with Ryzen.

Obviously dual-channel 2*4GB will be better.

But my recommendation will be to save up money and go for 2*8GB.

8GB RAM overall just doesn't cut anymore.
