Psu recommendation

hi, digitian brothers i will be upgrading few components
Mobo: from sb750 to 990(990xa)
Graphics:from igp 790gx to discrete HD6670
Cabby:from elite310 to nzxt phantom
Cooling: from stock to 212evo with push/pull config.
Is my corsair 450vx enough to handle all the above along with 955BE,1TB seagate,4gb corsair ram,optical drive?

if you are planning on some heavy OCing ( read 955BE to 4 Ghz or above ) - you better upgrade the PSU you have
