problem with skins-htc

I have an HTC wild fire S
i was unable to install skins from htc hub so
i downloaded some skins from xda developers-
like chinese new year and music lover in apk format.

then i installed them in my htc using htc sync..app installer
the skins got into my phone but they don't appear in the skin selection screen
i still shows only two skin provided when i bought it...

the skins i installed are occupying 8mb of internal memory
but i can't find them anywhere...i'm using astro file manager..
a search too yeilds no result..

please tell me how to install these skins
and if these skins cannot be installed then please tell me how to remove them

are those custom skins? are you sure HTC allows the installation of skins not made by them?

if you want to remove, you can try titanium backup. & uninstall the whole Sense UI (don't have much idea so it mayn't be possible).

no they are not custom skins...they are default htc skins...available at htc hub.com since the server had some problems...so they downloaded these skins and uploaded them to the xda forum..
removing the sense UI will ofcourse create problems..
