Problem running Assasins Creed Unity

Hi....I recently purchased Assasins creed unity(ACU).I have nvidia 740M 4gb graphics card.My pc RAM in 4GB .I tried to play ACU in low specs but then too it buffers(does not run smoothly) .I have got a Sony laptop (x64bit)......plz help

Min requirement of AC:Unity is GTX 680 and they mean it.

I can barely run it with 2x GT 650m.
I tried using GT 650m(OCed to GT 755m+) and I got 20 FPS on lowest 768p.

The game is badly made anyway, has a lot of problems. The not running smoothly thing is a major one. It's practically unplayable even on good machines.

GT 740m is equivalent to almost 35% of the performance of a GTX 660

Anyone know how to resolve "ACU.EXE has stopped working" issue while launching the game?

atidxx64.dll is causing this issue.

I have AMD 6770m 2GB GPU, updating to new driver did not go through as new driver is not working properly (downloaded from AMD site itself)
