Problem - reverting back to windows theme

Hi friends,
Here is what I did:
1. Long back I installed Mac OSX transformation pack on my windows 7 professional
2. Then, uninstalled it and installed Mac OSX Lion transformation pack (when it is available)
3. Now I uninstalled the apple transformation pack.

Problems I face:
1. The windows orb at the startmenu remains a apple (That too a black apple and its bitten a bit :-()
2. The folders and icons remain as in apple(Eg: WMplayer, network, recycle bin, my computer)
3. The welcome screen also didnt return.

What must i do to completely revert back to my windows theme?

Isn't apple always bitten a bit? :p

On issue part, try this.

After this, restart and perform sfc /scannow and sfc /scanonce as admin from cmd.
