Dear friends,

I recently purchased Asus M5A88-M motherboard along with Asus GTX 550 Ti NVIDIA Graphics Card.

After 1 day, the display is not showing up.

Although Asus replaced my motherboard, but now I did not installed my graphics card and my system is working fine. So I came to the conclusion that there is Probably Mismatch With my Motherboard and Graphics Card.

If this is the case, then please suggest me a good 1GB DDR5 Graphics Card for the same budget of around Rs. 7000. Oh! my processor is AMD FX-6100 Six-Core Processor @ 3.30 GHz.

Thanks,

Why would there be a mismatch between the M5A88-M and the 550 Ti ?
Cross check each with another set of motherboard and gfx card.

Way out : Run your system with onboard gpu and go to bios then change primary display setting as PCIx then save settings. Turn off your system. Put 550Ti and turn on your system.

PS : Nowadays this feature is automatically turn itself ON when we connect external GPU but it could be a case that your Mobo bios is too old.
