Buddy, at 23k you could have easily bought a gtx 570 or radeon 6970. Both are way faster than a 5870 and even consume less power with lower temps.

Get the new sandy bridge processors (i5 2400,2500 & i7 2600k)
they can easily match or outperform the previous gen I7
they would also cost less to you
as the H67 mobos can cost as low as 6-7k

Get Corsair VX or TX series PSU
avoid CM PSUs

Get AMD Radeon 6970 at that price
it is much better performer than 5870

For the cabinet you can look for corsair 600 series

6970 is completely out of his budget & on 5870 i got some off's. But don't just ignore the power of 5870 even.

2600 processor is available @ SMC, so if your friend is open to Online purchase then you can get it from SMC.
2ndly @ 20-23K range you can easily get a GTX 570 which is as powerful as HD 6970 and better performer than HD 5870. So abandon the idea of getting HD 5870 and get a MSI GTX 570 @ 21K.
Even if you don't find a i7 2600(k) then get a i5 2400 which is also better than i7 950. Right now getting a i7 950 and a costly X58 motherboard is simply waste of money.

well buddy they have....i Received in a flat 12 days time...if you opt for courier services then in 3-4 days days...I opted for the airmail as it was cheaper so it took that much time but thats okay as it saved considerable money

Congrats buddy good purchase. Asus gts 450 direct cu has a good cooler and can be overclocked easily to match the performance of a stock 5770.

Vicky,,, I already have X-Fi Xtrememusic with Creative Gigaworks s750 7.1 ... You can view in previous screenshots. Center speaker is visible in 1st screenshot...

I bought this new sound card becoz i wanted to sandwich my GTX470's rather than 16x,8X... My old sound card is PCI slot ,so couldn't sandwich since PCI slot is right after first video card....
Another main reason is, when i use Vid card in third slot Cabby and mobo I/O panel sockets and wires are getting pressed hard... As it's not an ordinary cabinet i don't want damage to it...
My new sound card rocks my 7.1 .......
