Well Rohanz you haven't given any specs that you want on the phone. But then also I suggest you Nokia 5320 XpressMusic. If you can expand your budget a bit then the Nokia 5800XM for around 13k will be a sweeet deal!

Other <12k, you can get the E63 for 9.5k which is a great business/txt fone. Has a full qwerty keypad and a 2mp camera with flash.

For a multimedia fone, the 5230XM is a good choice or you can go for a Samsung Corby Pro but will miss out on a lot of good Symbian Apps.
