i find d pink color irritating..(baaki sab theek hai)
try n giv it a soothing look so dat d visitor loves to stay back.. (baaki sab theek hai)
try maintaining a constant font size and differentiate between headings and normal text.. (baak sab theek hai)
place d ads at appropriate place, i feel you are not using your page space nicely (baaki sab theek hai)

content is really gud..(yeh to theek hai hi )
