Please Suggest A Good Headphone For 3 K

Hi ,
Please suggest a good headphone for 3K. Below are the requirements :-

* Budget : 3 K
* Purpose : Movies, Music
* Not interested in Metal,Rock music
* Dont want a high 'Bassy' headphone.
* Should be comfortable
* Should provide good isolation.

Not considering the isolation part, I would go for Sennheiser PX 100ii.
