Please suggest a budget monitor for gaming

Hi All,

Please suggest me a monitor than can utilize most of it from this configuration
AMD FX 6300 Processor
Gigabyte GA-970A-DS3 Motherboard
Sapphire HD 7770 1GB GDDR5 Graphic Card
Western Digital 1TB Desktop SATA Hard Drive (WD10EZEX)
Corsair DDR3 4GB Desktop RAM

My main objective is to play games, watch full HD movies and programming. I already filtered some models. Please help me find good one from these than can fit my budget.

Please suggest the best from these..
My best choice are Dell E2014H and BenQ gw2255. Among these which one is better ?
