I have downloaded some .torrent file from some sites.But i don't know how to use this .torrent file. PLEASE help me how can i use this file in detail.

For ur Question , Use a torrent client like Bittorrent and open that file...then u can download its contents !

Virii/Trojans on torrents are rare cause they are purely community based stuff and in case some one finds a malicious torrent, he/she immediately reports it and its removed (With IP bans, etc.) What am saying is, its much more reliable than other forms of P2P in terms of fake-stuff.

This is however, not possible with many other P2P like the GNUTella and so on.
