Playstation 3 Display Querries

Since Past few years i was thinking of buying a new ps3 instead of investing money on Video cards and PC components .

So i will get a PS3 , now what , it will not work good out of the box when connected to a standerd 29" CRT TV display which displays bad graphics with PS2 also , and the monitor is also small to handle ps3 graphics .

After reading few of threads i realized that HDTV are not good in VFM
but the tv i need will be mostly be used in PS3 for watching DVD movies
(NO BD , No Bandwidth wastage )

Can i use any VGA/DVI monitor for PS3?
Can Dell E248WFP 24" can be used as TV display or for PS3 Display ?
What wll be good Resoultion for DVD movies (DivX) ? 1080p/i 720p/i 480p/i
What are the Prices of BD Movies/Games?
Can PS3 Stream GTA4 onto PSP LCD?
so i wanted to ask that what will be the better choice ? TV or Monitor?

what are good graphics games to show off ps3 Graphics?

DVD is 720p, but upscaling is prominent nowadays....

You can opt for a monitor like SP2208WFP from Dell which comes with an HDMI port if your budget doesn't permit a decent-sized LCD TV.
