Phone wid bluetooth fr abt 3000 Rs

Hey guys i need a phone for abt 3000 Rs.. shud hav bluetooth.. preferably wid flip open... And how much does N gage qd cost now?? i live in bangalore... dyu recommend buyin 2nd hand ones from national market?
