Hi,

I want to select PDF text and highlight and colour it.

Whats software for this? (Preferably free one)

Foxit Reader lets you highlight texts in the free version

ya it does. i remember highlighting and saving my syllabus which was in pdf

you need to have professional version if you want to insert text/objects

Well you can use Foxit reader for this simple use. If you want more advanced fuctions either get Foxit Reader Pro or Adobe Acrobat pro.

And if you are using Foxit reader then click on top right hand side corner on the ads. It will direct you to the site where you can buy.
