1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans:Mostly for Gaming application like Assassin Creed 3, crysis 3, Battlefield etc. And also movie watching

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 65k max

3. Planning to overclock
Ans: not right now may be in future

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7 64bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed? Ans: 1TB would be sufficient

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes i want to buy 22 inch Lcd Monitor

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:Speakers. I have F&D F6000 5.1 speaker

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:By Mid of Oct

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:No But will do The Assembling First Time by Myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Bangalore, will get it locally.

11. Anything else which you would like to say? Ans: interested in i2500K, hd 7850 Graphic card and Cabinet would be Corsair Carbide CC400R

Below are local Pune approx prices, you will definitely get it cheaper in Banglore as Pune has 4-5% Octroi charges

CPU : Core i5 3570K : 15k
Mobo : Asrock Z77 Extreme 4 (Since you are thinking to overclock) : 11k
GPU : Sapphire/MSI Radeon 7850 HD : 16k
RAM : Gskill RipjawX 4GB*2 DDR3 1600Mhz : 3.4k
HDD : 1TB Seagate : 5k
PSU : Seasonic S12 620W : 5k
Cabinet : NZXT Gamma : 2.5k

Total : ~ 58k

PS : You can buy a decent cabinet also like Corsair 400R or NZXT Phantom since you are left out with 7k or buy a decent SSD.

UPDATE : oops I forgot to add LCD. Buy Benq G2222HDL ~ 8k and stick to NZXT gamma if strict on budget.

i5 2500K is a killer overclocker but I thought you would consider ivy bridge over sandy. By opting for 2500K you can save 3k in cpu and almost half in motherboard because then there is no point going for Z77. You can buy Z68 mobo for sandy. So go ahead and buy a decent SSD with it but I would suggest you to buy ivy bridge and Z77 as it is future proof.

PS : GS600 is also good but not better then Seasonic S12 PSU's. Better go for TX650V2 if going for corsair

DIDN'T GET CORSAIR GS600 AND CORSAIR CARBIDE CC400R.
TRIED A LOT OUT OF STOCK.
