PC restarts when Wireless USB modem used!

OK, I recently assembled a new PC,
I am experiencing this problem with Wireless USB modem i dont know what to do!
My PC restarts when i begin to use USB modem. SOmetimes it happens in 5 min, sometimes immediately.. I am confused

I dont think my PSU is causing any problem, neither any viruses.

It happens only on Rear Panel USB Slot's , Not in Front one though..

And it happens only with USB modems!! I tried Pendrives, Mobiles and Game Controllers in those USb slots, & it works fine..

core i5 2500K ( Running on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit)
Gigabyte GA-Z68XP-UD4
Corsair TX 750 W V2
MSI Twin frozr ii Gtx 560 Ti
Seagate 1 TB SATA

Do i need Bios Update??

If there's an BIOS update available, then install it.
This BSOD used to happen on my windows 7 64 bit too, but in my case he problem was tata DoCoMo software. The moment I started that software, the PC would crash.


Couldn't find a solution though.

This happened to me when there was a clash between drivers of Connectify and USB modem and it resulted in BSOD and memory dump until i uninstalled the Connectify

Tried 2 brands.
3g dongle, MTS and Vodafone.
And it seems 3 modem setup is installed in my PC, one is MTS , vodafone and Nokia PC suite.
Does it affect or something?
By the way, i only use Landline Modem only, BSNL.
Used these others when my Landline Broadband usage was over.
