Pc error!!!!

Today i got the new free laptop from the government of tamilnadu,
my laptop specs are
BRAND NAME:HASEE
Model No:
OS :windows 7 professional
PROCESSOR

entium
when i switch on my PC it shows up the error message
"error:no such partition"
and one more thing is that my laptop there is no disk drive please help me

Just Format HDD and reinstall Windows BTW Government ka hai..

Why Govt. gives Professional edition to students and wasting money!!
They could give Starter edition for lesser money.

Windows logo shows or even before that you are greeted with the error?

Even before the logo shows it shows up the error. My friend says that he unfortunately formatted the primary paritition in that laptop .. what can i do now??
